How different the landscape of Heidelberg looks in the winter. As we drove on the well known dirt road towards The Stone Cellar wedding venue, we were excited to see just what the day had in store for us on this icy and chilly winter Saturday. The winter lines in the landscape perfectly blended with the modern vintage detail of the wedding. What a celebration! From the time we arrived at the venue there was much laughter, excitement and genuine tears of joy as friends and family came together to celebrate this wonderful union between Burger + Inge. As the sun set on this perfect day, it painted the landscape in shades of pink and as the cold started to creep in so did the warmth of the fellowship that was to be had amongst the guests. I can only describe the reception as “lekker pret” and good old fun. As we packed our bags and left the venue that night, we could still hear the stomping feet of the guests as they continued to dance, celebrate and enjoy the evening. Burger + Inge may there always be laughter and joy in your home. As you grow together in this new journey may you hold fast to the Lord, who is the giver of life. May you delight in His word and in His truth, so that you can bare the fruit of the gospel. Thank you for your generosity, kindness and special “fotograaf” badge. We hope these images remind you of your special day that you had been waiting for, for so long.
